I am a doctoral student at Computer Science Department of University of California, Davis. I belong to the Davis Social Link (DSL) . My advisor are Professor S. Felix Wu and Professor Henric Johnson.
My research focuses on OSN (Online Social Network) design and data analysis, particularly in knowledge representation, recommendation, trust and reputation system.
A new knowledge presentation model which leverages social contexts (social background and relationship information) and data mining techniques to present readers with personalized and trustworthy knowledge.
Responsible for the algorithm design, system analysis and validation.
I designed and implemented a new type of ordering constraint that captures the nature of HAC algorithm
The experiment of ordering constraint on 20newsgroup data shows this new constraint obviously effectively improved
the accuracy of HAC compared with non-constrained or instance-level-constrained HAC
Implemented extraction module for color, texture, and structure features.
Modified a fuzzy clustering method to enhance the performance of image retrieval.
